9th Annual Nilo Duran Memorial Poker Run
Sponsored by Cerro VFW Post 9516
The poker run starts at El Monte Carlos Lounge, Highway 522 in Questa. Registration
is from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. The entry fee is $25.00 for the
rider or $35.00 with a passenger. The fee includes poker run, run t-shirt, raffle entry ticket and meal at the end of the run. Come ride around the Enchanted Circle.

The rally will be held at El Meson, 2667 S Hwy 84/64 in Chama.
Registration opens Tuesday at 11:00 am. The motorcycle
activities include rides throughout week and on Saturday a
parade and bike games. There will also be vendors and
concessions. All motorcycles are invited to this family friendly
event. Camping is available.

Motorcycle Day & Rock Fest
Sponsored by Lea Regional Medical Center
The event takes place at New Mexico Junior College, 1 Thunderbird Circle
in Hobbs. Poker eun registration begins at 7:00 am and all other
activities begin at 9:00 am. General admission is $5.00. Children
who are less than 10 years in age get in free. The event includes a
poker run, ride in bike show, bike games, music, 50/50 drawing and
more. Poker run ride fee is $25.00 for the rider and $10.00 for a
passenger. Veterans get a $5.00 discount. Extra cards are $2.00
each. $500.00 will be awarded for the best hand. There is no
additional fee to enter the bike show. Bikes will be judged in five
classes and trophies will be awarded for first and second. there
will also be a trophy for the peoples choice winner. Bike games
will include weenie bite, slow race, balloon toss, and tennis ball
slalom. Prizes will also be awarded for participation, furthest distance
rider, oldest rider, and most represented club.
