The ride stats at American Legion Post 321, 524 Front Street in Union Beach. Registration is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The ride fee of $20.00 per person includes entertainment and food. Online registration is available. The ride goes out at 11:30 am. This ride will be escorted by police, fire department, EMS and the military. Any emergency or military service member may wear their helmets or uniforms of their respective services during the ride. The ride will include a stop at September 11th Memorials along a the route. At each stop, an honor guard detail will place a wreath in honor of those who perished on September 11th 2001. The ride ends with food, entertainment and a dedication of a piece of WTC steel to the Union Beach Fire Department. This years ride will be dedicated to the memory of F.D.N.Y. Firefighter Daniel Foley who passed away from 9-11 related cancer in February of 2020. Proceeds from this year's ride will be donated to the FDNY Firefighter Thomas J. Foley Foundation and the Union Beach Fire Department 9-11 Memorial. In case of rain the event will take palce on August 29th.
